I forgot my Access Bank Account Number

Have been in a position whereby my clean was to pay in money to my company account,  which happens to be an Access Bank Current Account. It was so unprofessional for me to give excuses to not having my account number available instantly,  though I saved it as a draft on my mobile phone but it was far back in the office. To get you access bank account number,  you will need the mobile phone number used in registering the account and a GSM phone. 

1. Dial *901# on the mobile phone number you used to open your Access Bank account and follow the instruction.

4. Live Chat: Start a Live Chat with an access bank customer agent. They reply within 1 to 5 minutes.
5. Email Access Bank: This may not be the fastest way to get your account number as replies may be about 24 hours to 48 hours. Email [email protected] and request for your account number. Be sure to provide your name, age, phone number and other relevant details.
