3. 📸 Service Engagement Terms
A. Photography & Videography
When booking a shoot (event, studio, lifestyle, etc.), you agree to:
- Pay a non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) to confirm your date.
- Adhere to our shoot agreement (provided via email or physical form).
- Respect timelines for delivery of photos/videos, which vary by package and workload.
- Understand that raw files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
Cancellation policies, rescheduling, image usage rights, and client privacy preferences are outlined in the service contract you will receive upon booking.
B. Branding, Design & Web Services
For design and digital services, you will:
- Receive a detailed proposal and invoice.
- Pay as per agreed milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on completion).
- Be entitled to a limited number of revisions (usually 2–3 rounds).
- Own the final deliverables but not the editable source files unless stated otherwise.
C. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Turnaround time depends on the service package. We aim to meet delivery deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen issues (e.g., weather, illness, data corruption, etc.).
We deliver final content via secure online links or physical media as agreed.
4. 💳 Payments & Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, Paystack, or other approved channels.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
- Late payments may incur fees or delay service delivery.
We do not offer refunds on completed services unless due to service failure explicitly caused by us.
5. 🔐 Intellectual Property Rights
All content created or displayed by Deeyvkee Media & Studios—including photographs, designs, branding assets, and website layouts—remain our intellectual property unless transferred through a signed agreement.
Clients are granted limited, non-transferable licenses to use delivered materials for personal or business use (depending on the service). You may not:
- Sell, resell, or license our work without express written consent.
- Use our images or branding assets out of context or without credit (when applicable).
6. 📵 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our website to harass, abuse, or harm others
