Code to Check BVN on Keystone Bank

The Central Bank of Nigeria in association with the banker’s committee – Nigerian Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS) launched a centralized biometric identification system on 14th February to protect bank account from unauthorized access.

reduce cases of identity theft and fraud. exposes fraudulent accounts and unusual financial activities on an individual’s bank account.

That why every keystone Bank Customer is required to know their BVN or have it attached to their account to access their services

How To Check BVN on Keystone Bank

To get your BVN, kindly walk into any Keystone bank branch nationwide with the Transaction ID issued to you when you enrolled for the BVN

OR

You can check your Keystone Bank Verification Number BVN directly on your phone using a USSD code that is available on all the mobile networks i.e (MTN, Glo, 9Mobile formerly Etisalat and Airtel)

 

To Check Your Keystone BVN Using the USSD code, dial *565*0#With the line registered on your bank account

Wait for a few seconds for the NIBSS to respond with your 11-digits BVN

Note: There is a charge of twenty Naira only #20.00 attached to the inquiry.

Alternatively;

If you are on an internet-connected mobile device, you can check your BVN on your Keystone mobile banking app.

You can also check your Account Balance

This is done by dialing the USSD Code *7111*1# on the mobile phone number you used to open your Keystone Bank account and follow the instruction OR Dial *7111#  and then press the number 1 on the mobile phone number you used to open your Keystone Bank account and follow the instruction.

If it doesn’t work, you then have to register the number by dialing, *7111*0#.
